Pricing for Martinwoods Vacation Cabins - in the Hocking Hills, Ohio

Requirements for Rentals

2 night minimum is required, 3 minimum for holidays.
$50 cleaning fee charged for Westwind. $40 for Wildflower cabin
Check-in is between 4-5 pm and check out is 11 am.
Must be 25 years of age to rent with propoer ID and credit card present at check-in.
Sunday and Thursday will be charged at a weekend rate if linking it with Friday or Saturday.
Three night minimum is required on Holidays (Labor Day, 4th of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.). and charged at weekend rate
Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
Full stay will be charged if cancelled 45 days prior to arrival.
$300.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations (All cancellations must be sent to sales@martinwoodscabins.com with a reply showing it has been received for the cancellation to be valid, NO PHONE CALLS).
Sorry, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
Fireplace for WINTER use only.
Free Local and Long Distance (USA Only) provided, MOST CELL PHONES DO NOT WORK.
NO Smoking in the Cabin. NO Fireworks NO Hunting NO ATV
Taxes not included.
Deposit of $300 IS due at the time of booking, balance is due 45 days prior to arrival, VALID ID required upon check-in.
We do not rent our facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, college formal parties, bachelor/bachelorette, fraternity or sorority parties, weddings etc.
Four Wheel Drive is required to gain access to the Wildflower Cabin year round, both Westwind and Wildflower if snow or ice is a possibility.
