Must be 35 years of age to rent the Westwind and 25 years of age to rent the Wildflower. Credit card must match the name on reservation. Copy of ID will be taken at check in
Id must be sent by email with signed confirmation to confirm booking
NO Parties We do not rent our facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, college formal parties, bachelor/bachelorette, fraternity or sorority parties, weddings etc.
Check in is between 4-5 pm (No early check in is permitted)
Check out is 10 am for the Westwind and 11 am for the Wildflower (No late check out permitted)
Renter must be present at check in and staying the duration of the rental period.
You cannot rent a cabin for another person
Hot Tub must be covered when not in use. During summer months it is still a hot tub, it is not to be turned down. It is not meant to be a swimming pool and chemicals cannot work.
NO Loose trash in trash cans or there will be an extra fee. Everything needs to be in a trash bag
AMENITIES – On occasion, amenities such as the hot tubs,appliances, etc. may malfunction. There also may be times when there are losses outside of our control, such as loss of electricity, water, wifi, direct tv and phone . Although we do not provide refunds for such inconveniences, we will service amenities as soon as we can possible upon notification.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS. No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions.
4 Wheel Drive is required during the winter months if there is even a chance of snow. PLEASE NOTE all wheel drive, front wheel drive and rear wheel drive is NOT the same as 4 wheel Dr.
Martinwoods is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By placing a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
$300 deposit is required at time of reservation. Full amount of stay is due 45 days prior to arrival (Deposit is separate)
Our Cabins utilize a septic system. Please do not dispose of feminine products, wipes, napkins, paper towels, tissues, diapers, Q-tips, cotton balls, hair, etc. in the sink or toilet.
3 night minimum. Some holidays such as Thansgiving and Christmas will require 4 night minimum.
